Subscription Policy and Cancellation Policy

Wollongong Handmade offer items in our store on a subscription basis to ensure that you receive repeat deliveries of your favourite products. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines how you can modify or cancel your subscription purchases.

 

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you can relax knowing that you'll receive regular deliveries without needing to reorder. We will store your payment details securely and charge you for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

If you do not want to renew your subscription, you can cancel it. However, if you have a 6 or 12 month commitment term, you cannot cancel or pause your subscription until you have made the minimum of 3 or 9 monthly payments. If you choose to exit a 6 or 12 month commitment term early, you will be required to pay additional cancellation fees to cover our losses and ensure that our boxes are available to other customers.

 

Chargebacks and Disputes

We understand that chargebacks and disputes can be stressful for businesses and customers alike. That's why we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of transaction integrity and keeping a comprehensive record of all purchase histories. Our collaboration with banking institutions allows us to provide all necessary details to address and resolve chargeback and dispute claims effectively. By proactively working with banks, we can prevent claims that attempt to exit commitment terms early or obtain free products through chargebacks.
